  • What is the deadline to pre-order for pre-sale access?

The deadline to pre-order ‘Here Because Of Hope’ for pre-sale access is 3pm on Tuesday 7th July 2026. 

  • When will I receive my code?

Your pre-sale code will be emailed to you at 5pm on Tuesday 7th July 2026. 

  • When do pre-sale tickets go on sale?


Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 8am on Wednesday 8th July, and pre-sale ends at 10am on Friday 10th July, subject to availability. 

  • When do tickets go on general sale?


Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 10th July 2026.

  • I’ve already ordered an album format of ‘Here Because Of Hope’, or a bundle, will I have access to the pre-sale?

Yes, you will automatically get your pre-sale code at 5pm on Tuesday 7th July 2026. 

 to the email address used to place your order. 

  • How many tickets can I buy?


Each show may impose ticket limits per transaction depending on availability and to allow fair access. Please check according to the relevant ticket provider for each show. 

  • What email address will you send my code to?


Your code will be sent to the email address used to place your order, or the email you provided signing up to the form above. Please check your junk folder.

- Access to any ticket presale does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully purchase a ticket. 

- Due to GDPR reasons, if you have opted out of marketing emails you may not receive the email. 

- Purchases from other retailers do not qualify for this pre-sale access, only orders from the Ezra Collective official UK store are eligible for entry. 

- One pre-sale code per customer. No purchase necessary. You will be eligible if you sign up using the email form above.

- Entry is limited to one per person

- Ezra Collective and 100% do not accept liability for any technology issues preventing customers from receiving their email containing their pre-sale code or gaining access to the ticketing website.

- For any issues purchasing tickets please contact the relevant ticket provider. 

- Age restrictions apply according to the ticket provider. Please check venue restrictions before purchasing your ticket. 

- The pre-sale element has no cash value and is non-transferable.

- These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
