By submitting your original video footage (“Footage”) to this form, you agree as follows: You confirm that you are the original creator and owner of the Footage and expressly grant to Partisan Records, Ezra Collective, and their designees, assignees, or successors (collectively the “Company”) the non-exclusive right to use the Footage in perpetuity (“Term”) throughout the world (“Territory”). The Company shall have the unlimited right to exploit the Footage throughout for all purposes by any and all means now known or hereafter developed, and in any form whatsoever, under any trademarks, trade names and label, with no additional compensation payable to you or any other third party. If you appear in the Footage, you hereby grant the Company the right to reproduce your physical likeness and you’re your picture, silhouette and other reproductions of your physical likeness as it appears in the Footage and grant the Company the right to edit and alter the Footage in any way. You warrant that you have the right and power to enter into this agreement and ou will defend, indemnify and hold Company and other users of the Footage harmless from and against any and all damages, expenses, claims, suits, judgments, penalties and costs including reasonable counsel fees, which may be obtained against, imposed upon, accrued against, or be suffered by Company.
